Equipment Maintenance Tracker

Tractors, generators, boats, trailers, and small engines all need service — but few apps are built for the mixed reality of a farm, shop, or homestead. FuelHawk tracks service by hours or calendar (whichever comes first), stores oil type, filter, and capacity specs per asset, and links those specs directly to scheduled services so the right information is front and center when it's time to turn a wrench. No more sticky notes on the fuel tank.

Frequently asked questions

What types of equipment can I track with FuelHawk?
FuelHawk is designed for anything with a motor or service interval — tractors, generators, boats, trailers, ATVs, lawn mowers, pressure washers, chainsaws, and other small engines. Each asset gets its own photo, log, reminders, and spec sheet.
Can I set service reminders based on engine hours instead of miles?
Yes. Units are configured per asset. Equipment that is tracked by hours — like a tractor or generator — can have reminders set in hours rather than miles. You can also set calendar-based reminders, or whichever comes first, for seasonal equipment that may sit between uses.
Can I link my oil and filter specs to a scheduled service?
Yes. Saved specs — oil type, capacity, filter part number — can be attached to a scheduled service event. When that service reminder fires, the linked specs appear alongside it so you have the right information at the right time without navigating away.
Does FuelHawk handle mixed fleets with different unit systems?
Yes. Units are set at the asset level, not globally. You can track a pickup truck in miles and gallons, a tractor in hours and liters, and a boat in hours and gallons — all in the same app, with each asset keeping its own consistent data.
How many pieces of equipment can I track for free?
FuelHawk is free for up to three assets. That covers most households and small operations. Each asset gets full access to maintenance scheduling, fuel logging, and spec sheets at no cost.
